Surprise! Who would have thought that I was going to publish another chapter so quickly?
Well, I'm lately in the mood of translating, so I'm taking advantage of that as long as it lasts...

Out of the contest it looked quite gross, but I hope it makes more sense now!

If someone is going to ask: no mistake, Arquen actually says that the five people in Applewatch are all that remains of the Dark Brotherhood.
I know that in the game it isn't true, that only Cheydinhal's Sanctuary has been purified and the Black Hand killed. So why did I write it? It's a long story...
Let's just say that I wrote this fanfic before even finishing the DB questline and when I understood my error it was too late to change the story. So that's how things are: Etherys together with Arquen, Mathieu Bellamont, Banus Alor and Belisarius Arius are the only survivors of the Dark Brotherhood. Let's pretend that the traitor menaged to deceive other people too and he was able to exterminate almost anyone...
